Youth & Family Empowerment
Our Youth & Family Empowerment team at M³ is dedicated to strengthening child and family mental health through coordinated, community-based support. We focus on bridging gaps between behavioral health, education, and child welfare systems so that youth and families receive care that is accessible, responsive, and grounded in dignity and respect. Our work is designed to complement existing services while meeting families where they are — especially during periods of transition, stress, or uncertainty.
We actively seek partnerships with schools, community organizations, behavioral health providers, child welfare agencies, and funders across Massachusetts. This work is collaborative by design and strengthened through shared vision and aligned goals. To learn more or further explore partnership opportunities with M³, please reach out via the contact form and Keith will follow up directly.

Keith serves as the Head of Youth and Family Empowerment, bringing over 12 years of experience supporting at-risk youth and families through community-based and residential services. His work centers around helping young people feel safe, supported, and empowered while building the skills they need to move forward with confidence. He has extensive experience in program leadership, including overseeing residential and educational treatment environments for both adolescent and latency-aged youth. Keith also serves as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer and Special Education Surrogate Parent (SESP), advocating for youth across educational and residential settings. He is currently focused on developing programming that strengthens therapeutic milieus and supports emotional growth, independence, and long-term success.
Keith’s approach is practical, down-to-earth, and relationship-driven. He believes in meeting youth and families where they are, honoring their experiences, and empowering them with tools that support stability, connection, and growth.
Keith is actively seeking agencies, communities, and schools to work alongside in our shared effort to bring stability to at-risk youth and families.
