Michelle Arria, MBA, PhD

Director of Clinical Treatment & Wellness
Providing supportive therapy since 2016, Michelle works as an independent therapist along with working on a crisis team. Michelle received her masters in counseling from Cambridge College where she had concentrations in trauma, substance abuse, and marriage and family counseling. Given her passion for trauma counseling, she continued on with her academics to Bay Path University where she received her doctorate with a concentration in trauma. In Michelle’s free time, you will find her on the beach, exploring new book stores — or she will have her nose buried in a romance or murder mystery genre of book.
Michelle works primarily with youth and adolescents. She is available for both telehealth and in-office sessions at her private office in Peabody.
Keith Webb

Director of Youth & Family Empowerment
Keith serves as the Head of Youth and Family Empowerment, bringing over 12 years of experience supporting at-risk youth and families through community-based and residential services. His work centers around helping young people feel safe, supported, and empowered while building the skills they need to move forward with confidence. He has extensive experience in program leadership, including overseeing residential and educational treatment environments for both adolescent and latency-aged youth. He specializes in milieu-focused treatment, staff development, and creating structured, trauma-informed programs and programming that prioritize consistency, accountability, and youth voice.
Keith is CANS-certified and brings a strong background in professional case management, working closely with families, schools, and service providers to ensure coordinated and meaningful support. He also brings a deep commitment to permanency work, including family finding, data mining, and facilitating permanency roundtables designed to help youth strengthen lifelong connections and build lasting support systems. Keith also serves as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) Trainer and Special Education Surrogate Parent (SESP), advocating for youth across educational and residential settings. He is currently focused on developing programming that strengthens therapeutic milieus and supports emotional growth, independence, and long-term success.
Keith’s approach is practical, down-to-earth, and relationship-driven. He believes in meeting youth and families where they are, honoring their experiences, and empowering them with tools that support stability, connection, and growth.
Keith is actively seeking agencies, communities, and schools to work alongside in our shared effort to bring stability to at-risk youth and families.

A dedicated clinician with both professional expertise and lived experience supporting individuals through life’s major transitions. As a single parent by choice, Maria understands firsthand the complexities of balancing career, caregiving, and personal growth, and she brings that perspective into her work with clients navigating parenthood, fertility, and self-care. She also has experience working with transitional-aged young adults, providing guidance and support during this critical stage of development.
Maria’s therapeutic style is empathetic, affirming, and collaborative. As a licensed mental health counselor with experience working in both outpatient and crisis fields, in addition to many years serving children in daycare and school settings, she specializes in working with children and young adults — but she is more than comfortable across the lifespan! She utilizes a person-centered approach, focusing on mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Elizabeth specializes in children, youth, and families. She is available for school, in-home, in-office (Peabody), and telehealth sessions.
Joe Connors, LICSW

Clinical Supervisor
Joe brings more than 10 years of direct clinical experience in providing both case management and therapy treatment for those in various settings — hospitals, emergency departments, prisons, residential programs, outpatient clinics, and community healthcare centers. Joe was inspired to pursue his career in clinical social work after assisting in research in his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont with the implementation of trauma-focused psychotherapy for émigrés from countries undergoing civil unrest and war, as well as those survived by major loss and subsequent traumatization.
Joe specializes in trauma-focused modalities of psychiatric care and offers support for those afflicted with complex trauma histories and vicarious traumatization using biofeedback and somatic interventions — prioritizing empirically-validated, peer-reviewed evidence-based practices. Joe also works with those affected by substance abuse using a dual-diagnosis model, as well as mood and personality disorders, while also offering couples treatment for those with relational conflict or in need of processing their relationship.
Joe practices under a gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ welcoming, and humanistic understanding of the complex needs his patients bring to treatment; and how best they can be given the most appropriate, clinically-backed and thoughtful interventions to empower those seeking improved health outcomes across multiple domains and metrics to monitor their progress and determine ways of achieving their goals using a didactic and collaborative approach.
Outside of the office, Joe loves to camp, hike, and at times ride his mountain bike. During the winter months he skis and snowshoes, always planning his next adventure and exploring the country crossing national parks off his list. Joe has passions for the environment and climate science, journalism, cooking and grilling various cuisine, sports, and spending time with his family and friends. Joe believes in the power of healing through holistic means and how patients grow from adversity and adapt to new circumstances while maintaining their position as an expert of their own experiences.

With over a decade of dedicated expertise, Jess specializes in supporting individuals through difficult times. Her background encompasses extensive experience across community-based, school, and residential settings, currently overseeing clinical operations across over a dozen DCF and DYS treatment facilities. She is deeply committed to serving a diverse spectrum of populations, utilizing a person-centered approach and drawing from evidence-based models such as ARC, CBT, and DBT.
Jess' approach emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. By fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect, she works alongside you to explore experiences, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Rachel French is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care at Me, Myself, & Mind. She brings extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use needs, combining empathy with a systematic, person-centered approach to help clients achieve their goals.
In addition to her clinical practice, Rachel serves as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, where she teaches courses on mental health and substance use disorder care and conducts research aimed at improving outcomes for these populations. Her academic and clinical work reflects a deep commitment to improving mental health care for all. Rachel earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Boston College, completed her PMHNP training at Maryville University, and holds a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space for clients and tailoring care to meet each individual’s unique goals.

Her career spans work with students with intensive social‑emotional disabilities, clinical case management and therapy at one of Western Massachusetts' largest DCF‑operated adolescent residential programs, intensive in‑home family therapy, and, most recently, supporting students with behavioral challenges in an alternative school setting. She earned her graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from Merrimack College and subsequently gained significant experience across community-based outpatient agencies, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOPs), mobile crisis intervention, and a private group practice prior to M³ working with adults. She also volunteers with her local police and fire departments to support them as a peer support clinician. Utilizing a person‑centered approach, she tailors interventions—drawing on CBT, DBT, CPT, narrative and existential therapies, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation—to each individual’s unique journey toward healing.

With a background in crisis intervention and community mental health, she employs CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused treatments—including prolonged exposure therapy—to guide clients through acute distress and complex life challenges. Caitlin believes that genuine therapeutic progress stems from trust and a strong rapport; she offers a warm, nonjudgmental space and celebrates every step forward, no matter how small.

Vanessa is a licensed mental health counselor with a dual master of science in mental health counseling and crime & justice studies from Suffolk University. In addition to working as an independent therapist, Vanessa is a first responder who works as an embedded clinician with the Malden Police Department. Vanessa’s passion in this work has led her to complete a Graduate Certificate in Crisis Response & Behavioral Health from William James College.
Vanessa’s work is person-centered and trauma-informed, working with victims of crimes, domestic violence survivors, first-responders, or any individuals seeking support in managing the challenges of day-to-day life. She has experience working with teens, adults, and elders. Vanessa strives to provide a safe space, tailored to each individual’s needs, built on empathy, compassion, warmth and understanding. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys crafting, DIY home projects, traveling, and spending time with family.
